FOR THE SOCIAL OBJECTS OF THE THRACIAN AND BYZANTINE HISTORICAL HERITAGE
In the framework of completion of that part of the order's subject an online application, for the input, administration, and visualization of information about the social objects of the Thracian and Byzantine historical heritage in the cited region of the data, should be designed and implemented. The application will ensure the identification of the objects, their input into a database, visualization of their information, the establishment of their location, as well as the performance of analysis and effective management of the objects' system
The database includes the following arrays of information: A) a possibility for inclusion of minimum 500 objects - 50 stationary and 450 non-stationary cultural values B) the objects should correspond to the historical periods - Antiquity, Middle Ages C) the stationary objects should have the character of architectural structures such as fortresses, traces (ruins) of settlements and production centers, studied mound cemeteries, roads, etc.
The online application ensures the identification of objects, their input into a database, and visualization of their information, the establishment of their location, as well as the analysis and effective management.
The online application contributes for the identification of routes for cultural tourism of the interested parties and can be used by the tourist operators for the development of programs for introducing tourists to the cultural heritage of the region.
